The Carrier´s Hub Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into this Policy. By using our Site, you agree that The Carrier´s Hub shall not be not responsible in any manner for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity and you hereby agree to release and hold The Carrier´s Hub and its related third parties harmless from any and all damages and liability arising out of or related thereto, even if caused by the gross negligence of The Carrier´s Hub.
What Personal Information Does The Carrier’s Hub Collect?
We collect information about you directly from you and third parties automatically through your use of the Site as set forth more fully below. The information collected from you depends on how you use the Site and services. If you purchase or provide information related to a service provided by The Carrier´s Hub, register for an email, etc., we will collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment and your service-related information. We also collect information about you when you contact us, including your name, email address, contact information, phone number, location, and products or services you are inquiring about. If you do not provide your information the following section on our use of your information does not apply.
WHAT DOES THE CARRIER’S HUB USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
• Customer Experience
We use the information collected to enhance your customer experience and to provide a more personalized service. This assists our customer service representatives in responding to your inquiries, orders, and other requests. The Carrier´s Hub uses the information to tailor content to be sent or displayed to you, offers location customization, personalized help, instructions, and to personalize your experience while using the Site. The Carrier´s Hub also uses this information to communicate, administer our contests, sweepstakes, other promotions, surveys and questionnaires.
• Advertising

The Carrier´s Hub may disclose or share your personal information provided in connection with an employment application to verify the information you provided relating to your potential employment.

The Carrier´s Hub and Do-Not-Track Requests
Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. Our Site does not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time.

This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. How do I Access My Personal Information?
You may review, update or correct your personal account information by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Also, upon written request to info@thecarriershub.com and following authentication of your identity, we will provide you with your personal information under our control, information about the ways in which that information is being used and a description of the individuals and organizations to whom that information has been disclosed.
The Carrier´s Hub does not share or provide access to personal information. We may validate your information over the phone with the consumer through our identity verification process. The Carrier´s Hub is prevented by law from providing access to certain personal information. When an access request is refused, we will notify you in writing, document the reasons for refusal and outline further steps which are available to you.
If you demonstrate any inaccuracy or incompleteness of personal information, we will amend the information as required by applicable law. Upon request and if able through reasonable efforts, we will send the amended information to third parties to whom the information has been intentionally disclosed by The Carrier´s Hub. When a challenge regarding the accuracy of personal information is not resolved to your satisfaction, we will annotate the personal information under our control with a note that the correction was requested but not made.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding the Use of My Personal Information?
As permitted by law, and where required, with your consent, we may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. Privacy Regarding Children
Our Site and services are not targeted for children under the age of 21 but for business professional in the trucking industry. The Carrier´s Hub does not knowingly or intentionally collect or store the personal information of children under the age of 13. If we discover that information pertaining to a child under 13 has been provided to us, we will delete such information from our systems upon receiving notice thereof.
